A submission counts as 1 every time a form is sent. Form submissions are stored on our server which can be used as a backup in case you lose your data – a CSV file of the submissions can be provided to you for a small administrative fee. These submissions are deleted according to the limit of your plan, i.e. on the Free plan, all submissions will be deleted when the 100 submissions limit is reached. This limit also applies to Airtable records, i.e. all rows will be deleted when the plan limit for submissions is reached.

All plans include free standard PDF sent as attachments on form submission to both the admin and the form-filler. Should you wish to have a custom PDF created, you may request for this on the Request a Quote form. Custom forms require a paid plan and the addition of Zapier tasks to your subscription.

On the Free and Bronze Light plans, the branding for Forms by Siliceous Solutions appears as a footer at the bottom of the page.

Custom URLs are available for a small fee when we design and create your form. The URL appears as ‘https://forms.siliceoussolutions.com/your-custom-phrase-here’. This custom feature can be requested on the Quote Request Form.

Some plans have “table(s)” included. This refers to a base on Airtable. A new row will be created in the base from every form submission up to the plan limit. This data can be used as a backup or to expand on its usability. The exported data in Airtable can be integrated with 500+ apps via Zapier. Here are some examples of how the data can be used in automating your workflow or in integrating with other apps.> Send a new message in Slack for every form submitted> Create a new contact in your CRM (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)> Create an invoice in Xero for a new payment or subscription> Add an event to your Google calendar (or any other calendar)> Schedule a daily, weekly, or monthly task> Update a row in a Google Sheet> Thousands of other automations and integrations available on ZapierThe Airtable base can be setup with editing permissions. This feature can then be further customised to do certain things when you update a row. For example, you could send a custom PDF for a quote after editing the final Quote Price in the Airtable row. The possibilities are endless.Should you need more Airtable rows than the prescribed limit on your paid plan, you may add this to your subscription at any time.
